Platinum SEO is one of the best plugins out there, I would highly recommend adding it to this list.

Great set of plug-ins. One of the best lists I’ve come across. auto completer is really good isn’t it? I’ve been using it for quite sometime now. anyway, Keep up the good work. Later

The plug-ins you’ve mentioned are really useful. Especially Akismet. It has saved me hours and hours which I would have wasted removing spam one by one manually. Great work.

Hopfully ne day I’ll need SuperCache. :) There is a project in the works that I *hope* will draw (and keep) a lot of visitors. In the meantime, I will look at OpenID. Thanks for the great post.

That’s a great collection of plug-ins. My favorite is OpenID. Blog stats is also an important plug-in I use. anyway awesome list. Appreciate the work. Cheers

The lates version of WP has made at least one plugin obsolete. With integrated nested comments, that is one plugin you don’t need to install anymore.

You forgot wp-super-cache dude. Without it, a good digg or /. on your site will generally topple wordpress.
